We think the client should always get to talk to his or her lawyer,
the person they hired, not a paralegal or inexperienced associate.
You should feel comfortable making that call and talking to a wrongful
death attorney. I conduct an initial interview without charge. These
interviews will not be used to assist you in representing yourself,
but are for the purpose of determining whether or not I can help you,
and whether or not you wish to hire me. When I am retained as the

attorney are set out in a written agreement. You should never hire a
